Select Various Items

Access this screen by selecting a Select button on various screens.

Select an item or hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple items from this listing, then use Select to return to the previous screen. Use F9-Select All to select all items and F10-Unselect All to select zero items.

If you access this screen from the General Ledger Inquiry, you may only select one G/L.

Sort each column by clicking the column header.  These options are not available via all access points.

Use “Jump to descriptions starting with” to advance the listing to the item beginning with these letters.

Use “Search for description containing” to filter the list to include only items including this text.
