Santa Barbara County Federal Credit Union (Santa Barbara, CA) recently converted to CU*Answers Item Processing for their Member Check Processing. As a core CU*BASE client of CU*NorthWest, the credit union receives unlimited free member check image copies and free implementation of member check images to It’s Me 247, CU*Answers’ online banking platform! The credit union has also received free activation of ‘CheckPop’, which allows CU staff to click on a transaction within CU*BASE to display the check image associated with the transaction.
In addition to check processing services, the credit union is also utilizing mobile RDC which is a collaborative endeavor between eDOC Innovations (backend software) and CU*Answers (mobile app). They have also converted to CheckLogic Branch, eDOC’s Check21 scanning solution.
Bundling these services is a great fit for any credit union. Electronic member check processing, mobile RDC and CheckLogic Branch are implemented, trained and supported by the CU*Answers Item Processing team utilizing software provided by eDOC.
