Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Nick Gowey and I am the Western Regional Sales Representative for CU*Answers. Out west, I look for opportunities to build relationships with credit unions, join other team members working onsite with our new credit union partners, attend various industry events and help facilitate events at the Las Vegas Innovation Center. Credit unions can often be unaware of our cooperative design and spirit – what I enjoy most is introducing those credit unions to our network and showing them what they’ve been missing.
In my 6th year with CU*Answers, I received a weather promotion to Las Vegas. My chocolate lab Charlie and I packed up and headed west to help open the Las Vegas Innovation Center. We do our best to take advantage of the warm months outside, as well as find lesser-known food spots on and off the Las Vegas Strip. We also routinely take advantage of The Entertainment Capital of the World by attending local sports events, concerts and other cultural events that come to town.
