We Need You to Complete a Survey – We’re Sunsetting 247 Lender and Moving to the FUEL Decision Model

THIS POST APPLIES TO CREDIT UNIONS WHO RECEIVED THE ASSOCIATED EMAIL.

According to our records, your credit union is configured to use the 247 Lender decision model via Zoot and Portfolio Defense.  As previously announced, we will be sunsetting this decision model.  If you still want to use a decision model, we’d like to move your credit union to the new FUEL decision model instead, via Sync1.

Attached is a survey we’d like you to complete and return to let us know how you’d like to proceed.
