CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, recently completed a quarterly report for the volume of Client News emails delivered between the months of January and March of 2022. This report, compiled by Writing Team Communications Coordinator Andrew MacMillan, serves to highlight trends in the volume of Client News emails month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter, and year-over-year.
In analyzing the data for March 2022, it became apparent that an atypically high volume of communications were sent out on behalf of Asterisk Intelligence. In total, 20 individual emails were sent to clients between Tuesday, March 1st and Thursday, March 31st. These communications served to highlight products and services offered by Asterisk Intelligence as well as promote upcoming events hosted by Asterisk Intelligence team members. Among these were emails spotlighting data warehouse solutions, updates to scorecard service options, details on the upcoming AI*Engaged product, and invitations to Asterisk Intelligence Week, a combination of in-person and online educational opportunities.
By comparison, the average send rate for Asterisk Intelligence emails tends to fall between 5 and 10 emails on behalf of the brand per month. The rise in volume of Asterisk Intelligence emails in March 2022 also contributed to a higher overall volume of Client News emails sent by CU*Answers, at 78 emails, the highest single month total since April 2020, which saw 89 Client News emails (a number which was influenced in large part by the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and CU*Answers’ emphasis on offering resources and remote work solutions to clients during that time). March 2022’s overall Client News volume saw a significant jump over the same month’s activity in previous years, with March 2021 and 2019 each seeing 55 Client News emails sent out and March 2020 seeing 57 Client News emails delivered.
