CU*Answers Network Services is pleased to announce a new client-facing ticket portal, which will be arriving on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022.
What is the website for the new ticket portal?
The URL for the new ticket portal is: https://cuanswers.myportallogin.com. Please click the ‘Sign -up’ button and follow the prompts to log in.
Will this new portal have information on our credit union and details on existing tickets?
Yes – the ticket system is not changing. The only change will be how these tickets are accessed.
Why are we changing portals?
The new portal has a simplified user interface and multi-factor authentication.
When will access to the current portal no longer be available?
The current portal is scheduled for decommissioning on Thursday, June 30th, 2022.
