Good Faith Estimate and Settlement Statement Mortgage Forms to be Sunset in October

Good Faith Estimate and Settlement Statement Mortgage Forms will be sunsetting with the 22.10 Release in October.

Prior to October 3, 2015, The Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and HUD-1 Settlement Statement forms were the standard mortgage forms used by CU*Answers.  These forms have since been replaced with the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure (TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosures).  With the 22.10 CU*BASE Release arriving in October of 2022, the access points to the old GFE and HUD-1 Settlement Statement forms will be removed from CU*BASE.
