As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the annual escrow documents our members receive, we will be implementing changes to the Escrow Analysis Statements. On Tuesday, December 13th, Escrow Analysis Statements will receive updates including adding totals columns, displaying monthly projected figures, enhancing the shortage coupon as well as miscellaneous updates to the layout. These and other enhancements will be visible on the Escrow Analysis Statements going forward.
Stay tuned for additional changes coming in the near future, including verbiage changes relating to lump sum payments. We will provide additional announcements as we continue to update the look and feel of the Escrow Analysis Statement and improve the user experience.
