We are pleased to announce that the much anticipated RDC auto-enrollment in credit union mobile apps is on its way this summer!
Your credit union has been scheduled to receive this exciting new enhancement in the next few months. On your scheduled date we will pull in your existing daily limits and other settings from eDOC to the new configuration in CU*BASE. You can then decide whether you want to take advantage of new functionality right away or continue as currently configured.
In the coming weeks we will begin delivering emails to each group of credit unions as scheduled. These emails will be delivered well in advance of your credit union’s deployment date and will include details about the conversion process as well as documentation related to some simple changes you’ll need to make to your daily mobile check deposit procedures.
