We are pleased to announce that your credit union will soon be receiving RDC auto-enrollment in your credit union mobile app! On your scheduled date, we will pull in your existing daily limits and other settings from eDOC to the new configuration in CU*BASE. You can then decide whether you want to take advantage of new functionality right away or continue as currently configured.
In the days ahead, we will deliver additional emails indicating your credit union’s deployment date, along with details about the conversion process and documentation related to some simple changes you’ll need to make to your daily mobile check deposit procedures.
