Attention Xtend clients: The Grand Rapids area is expecting inclement weather from Friday, 1/12 through Saturday, 1/13. This may affect the ability for some Xtend employees to commute to and from work. There are also a handful of clients who will be closed for precautionary reasons, which may lead to an increase in contact center call volume.
Bookkeeping clients: Out of an abundance of caution, we are prepared to make strategic adjustments to our daily processes if needed, as the weather could potentially impact our staffing.
