Important Training for Changes Coming to the CU*BASE LOS in Late January

If your credit union has online credit cards, please be aware that payments will be calculated differently starting at the end of January 2024!

At the end of January, we will be implementing a project that will change the way that incomplete loan applications are routed in CU*BASE, how online credit card payments are calculated, and (if configured) how LOC payments are calculated.

If you have not yet attended one of our training sessions, we have one more session planned for January where we will take a look into these upcoming changes.  If you missed our earlier training sessions, please note that it is key that your credit union joins this final training session, to know what to expect with the project changes.
