Xtend is excited to announce that we’re in the test and production stages of our Web Chat migration to TalkDesk!
As you may remember, we received notice late in 2023 that Bold360, Xtend’s current chat provider, had slated to sunset their product effective 01/31/2024.
Xtend is working hard to ensure a smooth transition, and we will have new Web Chat code-scripts coming soon for your credit union’s website. To get started, we will need to know who to provide these codes to at your credit union.
