Attention Paymentus Bill Pay Credit Unions
Over the past couple of years, there have been some pricing adjustments from Payments which were related to postage increases. These pricing increases were communicated to credit unions via earlier announcements.
As those announcements stated, our plan was always to pass along these increases to your credit union, but until now we’ve been temporarily covering the increased costs ourselves. However, effective with your March invoice, you will see a separate line item for “Postage Adjustment” to reflect the increased postage costs from Paymentus.
