The Conversations on Online Member Experience session detailed below was originally scheduled for Thursday, August 8th. This event has since been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 15th.

Come join us for a Conversation on Online Member Experience, where we will be discussing a MOP (Membership Opening Process) pre-membership idea. This is something that is currently being studied by CU*Answers and how it can work with the membership opening process.

During this upcoming event, credit unions will discuss what they are seeing members request through MOP, as well as what will make the process most effective. A member could start their membership within MOP and be transferred to online banking much quicker, but this process isn’t complete until the member performs certain tasks such as confirming their identity with their license, choosing a product bundle, enrolling for eStatements, or uploading some sort of documents.
