Multi-factor authentication for online banking will be arriving with CU*BASE 24.10! Ahead of this update, The IRSC team would like to remind credit unions that a secure form is available via our online store, which allows members the ability to add or update multiple phone numbers associated with their account(s)/membership.
This form can be customized for your credit union, or used as-is. It can be embedded in your credit union’s website, mobile app, or even It’s Me 247 online banking for desktop. Member submissions to these forms are secured in the CU Publisher Request Center. An email will be sent to the member after they submit the request. From there, it is the credit union staff’s responsibility to log in to Request Center to vet and fulfill the request(s), per your organization’s procedures.
Please note: credit unions will need to be using Mobile 7 in order to utilize MFA in the mobile app.
