CU*BASE 24.10 Release Updates

As a reminder, the CU*BASE GOLD 24.10 release will be deployed to Online, Self-Processing and Site-Four credit unions this weekend, on October 6th.

We will be posting any/all issues related to the 24.10 release on the CU*BASE Alerts page, compiled into a single alert post, which can be accessed via the button below. We will not be sending out any emails regarding individual issues for this latest release. If you are encountering any issues with the 24.10 release, please refer to the CU*BASE Alerts page to see if it is currently listed as a known issue.

Sunsetting the CU*Secure Site

On Monday, September 30th, 2024, we will be retiring the CU*Secure site. After this date, any attempts to access the CU*Secure website (https://www.cusecure.org/) will automatically redirect to the Federal Trade Commission’s Identity Theft website (https://www.identitytheft.gov/).
