As part of the upcoming CU*BASE 24.10 Release, which introduces Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), we’ve submitted mobile app updates for both iOS and Android platforms. Typically, we see these updates process within 24 to 48 hours, and you may receive notifications regarding their progress.
If your credit union chooses to activate MFA, you must be using Mobile 7.0. If your credit union is not yet using Mobile 7.0, you will need to place a store order using this link.
