Attention credit unions using Mobile 6:
Last week, we sent out a communication which detailed that credit unions planning to take advantage of the new MFA functionality for online banking would need to upgrade to Mobile 7. Many credit unions have already made the move – don’t get left behind!
For credit unions that have not yet updated to Mobile 7, please be aware that turning on MFA functionality will cause an error message for your members still on Mobile 6. To provide your members the best user experience and the ability to use the new multi-factor authentication feature, we strongly encourage that you upgrade to Mobile 7. Furthermore, by acquiring the Mobile 7 update, you will be seamlessly enrolled in our Annual Update Process, guaranteeing that you remain current with all forthcoming annual updates.
