Attention Paymentus Bill Pay Credit Unions
Effective immediately, Paymentus clients will see an increase to bill pay postage fees. The current rate of $0.0533 will increase to $0.0651. This is due to an increase in postage prices from the USPS.
This price increase will be reflected on your invoice starting in February 2025. Please note that this increase only applies to postage fees and does not affect transaction rates.
