CBX Updates and Information

We hope everyone has had a wonderful start to the year! We are excited for a busy year officially welcoming CBX into our network’s daily workflows, transitioning to its browser-based functions, and working towards sunsetting CU*BASE GOLD at the end of the year.

Here is a small update of what we’ve been working on, and things we’d like you to know as we approach the general release.

Current CBX Status

Right now, CBX is in use with our board credit unions in a special alpha feedback period. While they take CBX through the daily paces, they are submitting feedback reports so that we can continue to refine the product before the general release.

While we intend to announce the full rollout schedule in mid-March, some credit unions will be contacted in the upcoming weeks to join the early adopter feedback period. While we appreciate everyone who has contacted our teams with interest, we need no further early adopters at this time.

Network and Bandwidth Requirements

We have published updated guidelines for network requirements to help your credit union prepare to launch CBX. You can view these requirements, plus some tips to gather information on your current bandwidth, on the CBX webpage.

Help Desk Tickets

Your credit union will have likely received notification of a CNS Help Desk ticket opened for your credit union for CBX updates. Note that every credit union will have a ticket opened to complete router and configuration updates prior to the release of CBX, both CNS managed and non-managed clients. There is no action you must take in regards to the ticket.

Follow Along in the Kitchen

We have published an update for January in the Kitchen! We are enthusiastic and encouraged by the work done by both our internal team, as well as by our current users of CBX. You can stay tuned in the Kitchen for additional updates as they are available.
