The following announcement applies to credit unions who use DealerTrack for Indirect Lending
DealerTrack recently launched their new Dealer Match Dashboard, which is now available to users. The DealerMatch Dashboard enables seamless creation of temporary partner-dealer matches in real time, allowing a dealer partner to submit credit applications the same day.
This new dashboard also provides enhanced visibility into the results of the nightly dealer match process. It offers detailed information on the status of your dealer records, including successful matches, active/inactive dealer partners, as well as any unmatched accounts. This presents a faster means for recognizing and remediating issues.
With appropriate permissions as the Lender Information Owner (LIO), you can perform the following actions:
- Create temporary real-time partner-dealer matches by uploading a CSV file.
- Download the latest file, CSV template, or user guide.
- A quick link to the Partner Dealer Match or Dealer File Upload screens.
