Upgrade to Check Image Retrieval for Associated Bank Clients Arriving 2/10/25

This announcement applies to credit unions who use Associated Bank for check image retrieval

Associated Bank has notified CU*Answers that they will be upgrading their check image retrieval service on Monday, February 10th. CU*Answers has performed the necessary changes to accommodate this upgrade. There should not be any significant differences visible to either your staff or your credit union members when retrieving check images from within It’s Me 247 online banking or CU*BASE GOLD.
