Jack Henry has informed us that they will be implementing a pass-thru fee increase of 5% for iPay Business Bill Pay, as well as licensed services and products including iPay and Payrailz (Bill Pay, A2A and P2P). For more details, please refer to the the following PDFs:
This price increase will be reflected starting on your May invoice, which you will receive in June 2025.
