Nominations Period Closed – 2025 Xtend Election

Per our Board Member Handbook, this is the official notification that the period for receiving nominations to fill seats on the Xtend Board of Directors has closed as of March 31, 2025.

Voting Electronically

For the 2025 Xtend Board of Directors election, we will provide an electronic voting option through the Simply Voting service (simplyvoting.com). On May 1, 2025, xtendcuso.SimplyVoting.com will send an electronic ballot to all owners via email. A paper copy of the ballot and other election-related materials are available to owners who choose not to vote electronically on our Board Elections website:

Votes for SimplyVoting and mail-in ballots must be submitted by June 13, 2025.
