Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)

These projects are to create an interface between CU*BASE and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).  We are actively working on these integrations!  Below is the status of the projects as of June 2024:

NCR

NCR Video Teller functionality is now live on 50 machines at Honor Credit Union! (Honor is not using the self-service kiosk features.) Based on this beta-test we made a couple minor enhancements, and are working on additional changes:

NCR fans, the ITM Collaborators group is for you, too! Many NCR users are in that group. Again, email Imaging@cuanswers.com if you want to be added to that group.

  • Allow teller to bypass placing check holds on teller-assisted ITM transactions. Status: Project #63749 has been implemented.
  • Allow check payments over/under the loan payment amount – a new configuration flag so you can allow a member to make a check payment even if the check amount doesn’t exactly match the payment.  Status: Project# 63692 is currently in development.
  • Block List for ITM services – a new block list so you can block certain members from using the IBM (will apply to both NCR and Hysoung ITMs). Status: Project #63112 is waiting for available programming resources.

Journey FCU is championing an integration to NCR through a new vendor, Edge One, and they will be implementing the NCR Self-service functionality.  Status: Project #63436 is currently in development.
