Let me introduce myself: my name is Kim Claflin and I am the Manager of the Custom Services Development Team. I have been working for CU*Answers for more than 10 years. I joined the company as a programmer with the Custom Forms team and now manage the Custom Development Team – this team is made up of 7 programmers, 1 business analyst and 1 account executive.
Our team works closely with the Developer’s Help Desk on projects specifically requested by our credit unions – these can include custom vendor integrations, data floods and other special requests. Additionally, we work with Lender*VP to create custom loan and membership forms for our credit unions. Look forward to meeting our team members in upcoming editions of this email series to see who all helps to keep this wheel rolling along!
