A Note from SettleMINT: Enhanced Batch Maintenance for CO-OP Clients has Arrived!

Attention Credit Unions using CO-OP for debit card processing: Some of you have reached out to us requesting to move to the CO-OP APBATCH4 enhanced nightly batch maintenance file and have voiced interest in opportunities for CO-OP’s wallet programs.  Others have reached out requesting to move to the enhanced file so that the cell phone number can be provided for CO-OP’s fraud alert program.

We are excited to announce that we are ready to implement this enhancement and that we will be moving all CO-OP credit unions to this enhanced nightly batch maintenance file.  A member of the SettleMINT EFT team will reach out to your credit union soon and provide you with a live date.

Noteworthy Items:

  • The APBATCH4 nightly batch maintenance file for debit cards will be at NO COST to your credit union, as both CU*Answers and CO-OP are waiving the costs.
  • When your credit union is switched to the enhanced file, we will only pick up email addresses and cellphone numbers for new card adds and new maintenance records moving forward.

If you have any questions or would like additional information on the enhanced file format, please reach out to SettleMINT EFT.
