Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Nick Hawkins and I am an Account Executive on the Lender*VP team.
I started working for the Xtend Call Center in 2013. Then I became a Client Services Representative for CU*Answers, gaining valuable knowledge of CU*BASE software and network partners while assisting clients. In 2015, I took on a more specialized role on the Lender*VP team, coordinating custom forms programming projects. This involves consultation and execution of lending and operational document strategies for our clients. I still assist with document solutions but my role has expanded into general lending support, training, servicing loan protection programs, and onboarding for a variety of lending products and services.
In November 2020, my wife and I welcomed our firstborn child. The following month, we drove from Grand Rapids, MI to Las Vegas, NV to help open the Las Vegas Innovation Center. Combining the milestones of parenthood with the excitement of exploring a fun new place to live has been a truly special experience. There really is something for everyone here. The year-round pleasant weather and 360 degrees of mountain-lined horizon helps too!
