Scott has been with CU*Answers since 2003.
Scott’s focus is on making sure the team has everything they need to help more credit unions find out about CU*Answers, keep our existing credit union partners engaged with us and vetting new third party vendors that want to do business with our cooperative. Scott and his wife Penny are blessed to have 3 boys.

Chris has been with CU*Answers since 2008.
Chris enjoys many outdoor activities including running, biking, hunting, fishing, and gardening as well as spending time with his family.

Julie Gessner
Vice President VP of Inside Sales and Marketplace Development
Julie has been with CU*Answers since 2003.
A member of the senior leadership team, Julie acts as a lead resource for the execution of marketing strategies for CU*BASE and the branded services that support our business. Inside of CU*Answers you will find her serving as Communications & Awareness co-chair for CUSO Women, empowering women to reach their full potential and grow as leaders. Julie extends her passion for community to several non-profit organizations within the Greater Grand Rapids area.

Nick Gowey
Regional Sales Representative
Nick has been with CU*Answers since 2016.
Nick and his chocolate lab Charlie are located at our Las Vegas Innovation Center. Nick does his best to take advantage of the warm months outside, as well as find lesser-known food spots on and off the Las Vegas Strip. Nick enjoys attending local sports events, concerts and other cultural events that come to the Las Vegas area.

Ed is a former Sportswriter and Trivia Nerd, who now covers Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky for both new sales and retention.

Autumn has been with CU*Answers since 2019 and with the Sales Team since 2022.
Autumn will be in a Trainee position learning the day-to-day tasks of a Regional Sales Representative. She enjoys travelling and hiking around Michigan in her free time as well as getting to explore new places.
