In case you missed our previous announcement, CU*Answers Network Services has launched our new client-facing ticket portal, which has been live since Wednesday, June 8th, 2022.
What is the website for the new ticket portal?
The URL for the new ticket portal is: https://cuanswers.myportallogin.com. If you have not already done so, please click the ‘Sign -up’ button and follow the prompts to log in.
Does this new portal have information on our credit union and details on existing tickets?
Yes – the ticket system has not changed. The only change is in how these tickets are accessed.
Why did we change portals?
The new portal has a simplified user interface and multi-factor authentication.
Can I still access the old portal?
The previous portal has been decommissioned as of June 30th, 2022 and is no longer accessible. Additionally, any emails with ticket links from before July 6th, 2022 will no longer work.
