Update to Request Center – Completed Custom Online Forms to be Deleted After 30 Days
Starting Wednesday, March 29th, any/all custom online forms in Request Center will be automatically deleted 30 days after they are marked “Completed”. This automatic deletion of completed forms will become the retention policy moving forward.
If your credit union wishes to retain information from these forms, we recommend that you download the data from the CU Publisher Request Center as needed.
