Join us for a conversation on Education! Designed especially for credit union education coordinators and trainers, this group discusses topics such as how to set up an education plan and calendar, best practice techniques for training new employees and keeping existing employee skills up to date, and how to take advantage of all the resources available to better understand our products and services.
During June, July and August, we will be hosting a series on Exercises for Success, with the following topics highlighted:
- June 7th – Exercises for Success: Member Services
- July 12th – Exercises for Success: Teller
- July 26th – Exercises for Success: Xpress Teller
- August 30th – Exercises for Success: Lending
For each of these sessions, we recommend that participants take the equivalent TLC courses/exams related to the subject material. These courses/exams will vary for each session, but the three courses below are applicable to all four of our summer Conversations On events:
- CTM 100 – Welcome to CU*BASE GOLD
- CTM 101 – CU*BASE Navigation
- CTM 102 – Rate Inquiry, Loan Quoter, and the Timeout Window
