Request a Custom Query or Report
We have two training options available, which can be crafted to fit the needs of your credit union:
Query A to Z Training (On-Demand)
Approximately 60% of this training will teach the full purpose and function of each element of the Report Builder (Query) Tool, including more advanced features and strategies such as Custom Fields, summarizing a data set and string queries.
The other 40% of will be spent learning a foundational understanding of the rules and best practices of working with CU*BASE data – where to find it, how to read it and how to treat it within the Query tool.
Advanced Query (On-Demand) Training
This option is offered for individuals or groups who already have an established foundation of skills working with data and the Query tool. This training will focus on the advanced features and strategies of utilizing the Report Builder (Query) tool in CU*BASE, as well as advanced tactics to manage complex data sets.
