Attention Paymentus Bill Pay/P2P Credit Unions
Paymentus has informed us of the following updates and enhancements, which will be implemented with the next Paymentus release on Tuesday, April 23rd. Below are the key items we would like to share with current Paymentus clients:
- PASS update 315: Located in PayWatch under the ‘history’ tab; Paymentus has added the “Decision made by” notation to the last column for further identification.
- PASS update 319: Paymentus has updated the PASS user email notifications to reference Paymentus, rather than Payveris.
- PASS update 363: Added a new PayWatch rule – upon dormant accounts, the first transaction (via: BP, P2P and A2A) that is initiated after dormancy will be flagged to identify potential fraudulent transactions. The default time period for dormancy is 45 days and can be configurable (this will also be listed as a ‘Priority 02’ alert only).
