Earlier this month, we hosted a session which explored recent enhancements to CU*Forms as part of the 24.05 Release of CU*BASE. If you were unable to attend or would like a refresher, we’ve got you covered – a video recording is now available!
Recent enhancements to CU*Forms include:
- The ability to search for members using account number, SSN, and full name.
- Adding reference or signing documents outside of templates to CU*Forms for signing.
- The ability to request a document at the same time while sending CU*Forms out for eSign.
Additionally, this video includes details on Native Receipts, which will be available everywhere beginning with the 24.05 Release, as well as a look at FormFLOW, a process which conveniently carries documents over from CU*BASE to CU*Forms.
