Attention credit unions that use credit card processing with FIS
If your credit union utilizes inhouse/gateway FIS rewards program and has a reward file sent to CU*Answers so points can be printed on member’s credit card statements, please be aware that the file format from FIS will be updated beginning in May. Following this update, monthly earnings files will now include members’ household credit card rewards points.
Beginning with the June credit card statement, any members who are enrolled in household reward points (i.e. – a combination of all cardholders attached to one main member account) will start to see the household reward points displayed on the credit card statement, instead of seeing the points attributed to only one cardholder.
