Join us for a conversation on Education! Designed especially for credit union education coordinators and trainers, this group discusses topics such as how to set up an education plan and calendar, best practice techniques for training new employees and keeping existing employee skills up to date, and how to take advantage of all the resources available to better understand our products and services.
For our upcoming session, we invite credit unions to share feedback about their experiences with CU*Answers University training as we gear up for the 2025 calendar year. We encourage you to invite members of your staff to participate as well. Your input will help us to identify which classes offer the most value to our network credit unions, and will provide us with a better understanding on how resources are shared with staff.
Potential topics that may be discussed during this session include:
- What is your credit union’s budget for education expenses in 2025? How and when is this determined?
- How and when does your credit union search for upcoming classes?
- Describe the registration experience: is it user-intuitive, or difficult to navigate?
- Does your credit union encourage staff to join in a shared space, or do most team members join individually from their desks?
- Which (if any) of the live webinars are incorporated into an obnoarding plan for new hires?
