Based on requests from many credit unions, we will be adjusting the new AP/SN report (see the original announcement) so it will run daily for all credit unions. This should help CUs who have a lot of transactions, allowing you to work smaller batches each day. Since reports are archived to CU*Spy, your credit union can still wait and look at a week’s worth of reports once per week if you prefer.
In order to be able to include all of the messages related to each debit card transaction, each daily report will include one day’s worth of transactions which were posted three (3) days before the report date. Here’s the plan:
- February 24 will be the last day for the weekly report, covering transactions posted on February 15 through 21.
- February 25 will start the daily report, covering transactions posted on February 22.
- From that point on a report will be generated daily, three days in arrears (on Feb 26 for Feb 23 transactions, and so on).
