EVP Brian Maurer
Biography
Brian Maurer serves as the Executive Vice President of Software Development for CU*Answers. In this role, he is responsible for leading the development department, which is comprised of a wide range of teams and skillsets that are designed to develop, support, and improve the applications a credit union might need to run their business. Products ranging from core processing to online banking, mobile solutions, data warehouses, analytic dashboards, conversions, and custom application development, the team’s development focus continues to evolve to meet the growing needs of the industry.
Brian joined the CU*Answers team in 2012, and has served on the Executive Council Team since 2017. Prior to joining CU*Answers, he held similar leadership and development roles for companies (Compulit, Pitney Bowes, and eDirect Impact) that served the litigation support industry. While there his development focus was centered around the acquisition, mining, and analysis of data necessary to build and host a verity of litigation support databases for attorneys to leverage in all aspects of case management. He earned a Master of Science degree in Computer information Systems from Grand Valley State University.
