This is a course that is designed as a two-day boot camp offered bi-annually by the CU*Answers Network Services team to learn basic core product (CU*BASE and ProDOC) installation and troubleshooting. Day two will cover network and system management practices from CNS, including reporting, security architecture and administration tools and standards.

Boot Camp Audience
The class is designed for credit union IT team members who want to gain competency with the core product deployment and support. One of our goals is provide a tighter integration between credit union IT staff and the CNS team.
