*Please note, CU*BASE printing is supported via ethernet/LAN connectivity only.

Printer Guidelines – Check Endorser

CU*Answers makes every effort to stay compatible with current print hardware from the major manufacturers. However, due to manufacturer changes and new product releases, supported and recommended printers are subject to change. Please contact a Network Services representative at 800-327-3478 (option 3) for assistance with your printer purchase.
Supported Printer Configuration:
Each type of print job must have its own dedicated print session and printer.
Example:
- Checks that have a unique session that prints to a dedicated check printer.
- Receipts have a unique session that prints to a dedicated receipt printer.
- Loans have a unique session that print to a dedicated loan printer.
Legacy Guidelines
These units were previously verified to function with CU*BASE but have reached their End-of-Life by the manufacturer. These units are no longer supported on the current version of CU*Base and functionality is not guaranteed.
