What is Building the Factory?
Building the factory is a step by step series of do it yourself instructions to help clients act on revenue generating activities.
Why did CU*Answers create the Building the Factory series of instruction manuals?
We created the series because the CU*Base Tool is so expansive and constantly evolving. We know it’s difficult to know what’s out there. We want our clients to know what’s available to them.
What types of instructions are included in Building the Factory?
We divided Building the Factory into five main categories: driving loan volume, managing credit risk, income impact, cross-sales opportunities, and risk management.
Is there a fee to download the Building the Factory instruction manuals?
The cost is the best thing about Building the Factory. The instructions are free to download, they’re written by our CU*BASE experts, and their available on the website today.
What if we don’t have time to do the work outlined in the instruction manuals?
If you don’t have the time or resources to do the campaigns yourself, hire CU*Answers or Xtend, we’ll get them done for you!
If we hire you to get the work done for us, what would that involve?
Depending on the campaign chosen, it’s a partnership between CU*Answers and Xtend. CU*Answers will configure CU*BASE appropriately and Xtend will act on the member outreach including emails, call campaigns, etc.
What if we don’t see what we’re looking for in the Building the Factory series?
