This web conference class introduces and reviews CU*Answers data warehousing solutions, software, and the analysis opportunities available to those who have the Asterisk Intelligence Data Warehouse. A data warehouse is a digital storage unit. It is a space to hold specialized data sets, often sourced from multiple systems, that are then used for curating new member trends, marketing campaigns, strategic analysis, and other data strategies defined by credit union. The AI*Engaged software application is developed by CU*Answers specifically for the purpose of managing and analyzing warehouse data.
