Objectives

This initial offering of the Conversations on Artificial Intelligence will discuss our exploration of technology partners in the AI marketplace to offer generative chat services to our network. Additionally, we will workshop existing ways that credit unions and CU*Answers are leveraging AI technologies to improve their operations and member experience. We will briefly discuss our proposed use of generative AI to aid Client Services and partner credit unions by allowing for a more effective search of CU*BASE help documentation and knowledge base items.
